=================================
THE DOUBLE-DRAGON CAVE IN JINHUA
The Double-Dragon Cave scenic spot is only 15 km away from urban Jinhua. The scenic spot is divided into three major caves: Double-dragon Cave, Binghu Cave (also Ice Kettle Cave), and Chaozhen Cave (also Worshiping Goddess of Mercy Cave). Among them, the Double-dragon Cave is the largest and the most magnificent. There is an inner cave and an outer cave in the Double-dragon Cave. The outer cave is 66-meter in height and covers an area of 1,200 sq m. The inner cave covers an area of 2,000 sq m. Between the inner and outer caves, there is a subterranean river under a giant rock, which is the only potential way leading to the inner cave. If one wants to go the inner cave, he (she) should lie on a small boat towed by workers. And inside the inner cave, there is a dragon-shaped blue stalactite and a dragon-shaped yellow stalactite meander from northeast and northwest, which are called by the local people as "double dragons", and the cave is named after the two "dragons".

"the only potential way" could be replaced by "the only passage." And judging by your English, I'm sure you can do the rest:-)

THE DOUBLE-DRAGON CAVES IN JINHUA
The Double Dragon Caves, a scenic spot just 15 km away from downtown Jinhua, is made up of three major caves: the Chaozhen (Worshipping Goddess of Mercy), the Binghu (Ice-pot), and the Double Dragon, which is the largest and the most magnificent. The Double Dragon includes an inner cave and an outer cave. The outer cave, 66-meter in height, covers an area of 1,200 sq. m., and the inner cave covers an area of 2,000 sq. m. The only passage between the inner and outer caves is a subterranean stream. A giant rock hangs so low over the water that one has to lie low in a small boat to be towed through. The inner cave is criss-crossed with stalactites and stalagmites that come in all shapes, colours and sizes. Strikingly visible amongst all these natural wonders are stalactites resembling two dragons, a blue-colour one meandering from the north-east, and the other yellow one rambling down from the north-west. Hence the name "Double Dragon Cave".

1、Binghua Cave (also KNOWN as Ice Kettle Cave),
2、If one...THEY should...
