Brazil's largest Internet service provider will sell minority stakes to two other Latin American groups incorporating their services, officials said on Wednesday. UOL International will sell 40 per cent of UOL Venezuela
to that country's El Universal newspaper and 33 per cent of UOL Colombia to that country's Bavaria Group, company officials said. The deal will give Brazil-based UOL exclusive access to Internet content produced by the two
companies.
