(1) efficient & effective
记得曾经就这两个词的区别问过外教，回答是(大意)“如果你花半个小时不停地射
箭，那你是非常efficient；但是如果你一直射不到靶心，那你不能算effective。
那在中文里，如何区别这两个词？经常看到它们用在一起(e.g., The use of the
software makes it possible for us to achieve our objective - efficiency
and effectiveness.)
(2) frame & hit
上过网的朋友都知道有些网页用frame，有些不用frame。这个词的中文翻译是什么？
字典里是“帧”，但是在无线电的上下文中。
还有这个hit，指访问网页的次数，是否已有约定俗成的译法？还是说“次数”即可？
(3) cracker & hacker
两者是否有区别(请见下述定义)？黑客是指hacker 吧？哪 cracker 一般翻译成什
么？
hacker: An unauthorised individual who intrudes and tries to gain access
to information on a computer system.
cracker: A person who breaks into the security of a computer system.
