Especially, from last few years the expansion or retrench of currency quantum have produced economic pressure such as grisly inflation and increase of unemployment. In the mean time. The illegal prosecution and blindest overspread of financial institution directly lead to decreasing of prosecution lever and increase of rate of cacoethic assets by a wide margin that become Trojan horse of farther development of China economic. China’s financial system reform has been underway for more than ten years. Meanwhile, although we have gained much positive and precious experience, many problems did arise. In particular, along with the expansion or reduction of money supply in the last few years the economy experienced enormous pressure from inflation and the rocketing of unemployment rate. At the same time, the illegal operation and indiscriminate expansion of financial institutions directly gave rise to the deterioration of service quality and the tremendous boost of capital adequacy ratio, thus imposing a hidden peril on the further development of China’s economy. Therefore, from a macroscopic point of view on the reform of China’s economic system, the financial system reform is still falling behind.

China's financial system reform has been underway for more than ten years. During this process, we have gained some successful and precious experience, many problems, however, occurred in the mean time. In particular, the expansion or reduction of currency supply in the last few years resulted in serious problems such as high inflation, and rocketing unemployment rate. 1. During this process, we have gained some successful and precious experience, many problems, however, occurred in the mean time.
Here should be two sentences, i.e "During this process, we have gained some successful and precious experience. Many problems, however, occurred in the mean time." Otherwise "many problems" becomes part of what we have gained. Besides, I think "Many problems arised" is a better collocation than "Many problems occurred", which I'm not sure if native-speakers would say.
2. In particular, the expansion or reduction of currency supply in the last few years resulted in serious problems such as high inflation, and rocketing unemployment rate.
This structure is more concise than mine. Particularly "rocketing unemployment rate" is better than "the rocketing of unemployment rate".
"Money supply" is a financial term. I've never heard of "currency supply".
3. Therefore, from a macroscopic point of view on the China's economic system reform, the financial system reform seems to have fallen behind.
The article "the" is not necessary in front of a country's name, except for some countries like THE United States.
Thanks for the exchange of views.

试一试重新组织句子, 可能与原文差别较大, 不必当真.
A dozen years has witnessed the process of China's financial system during which a good number of issues has been successfully addressed while critical problems continue to emerge. One of the dominant concerns of recent years, which some believe might potentially jeopardize the soaring Chinese economy in the future, is the economic pressure due to important inflation rate and alarming increase of unemployment which are the results of alternative expansion and retrench of currency supply; Equally concerned are the the deterioration of service quality and the escalation of capital adequacy ratio caused by the illegal operation and indiscriminate expansion of financial institutions. It is evident that, in the large picture of the reform of China's economic system, the finanical sector lags far behind.
