“公司近年不景气”
Our company is not in good shape in recent years.
“不景气”在这种情况下还有更好的译法吗?

The simples way is to use the word "bad". Business has been bad for our company in the last few years.

Pardon me, I wanted to type the word "simplest", the "t" was missing.

改说 Our company has not been in its top shape in recent
years. 感觉可能就比用 good 强多了。
not in good shape = in bad shape, in poor shape, lousy
not in top shape = still pretty good, though not at
the peak

How about " The company has been through a tough time in
recent years"?
" in bad shape " or "not in good shape" , these phrases
are not standard business English. One should avoid using
these casual phrases and terms in written English.

如果说:“这个委员会近年来不太景气。”--意指没有起色,那又该怎么翻呢?用“not in top form"行吗?请指教。
