"You can get seconds" -- 自助餐(buffet)有些食物 只可以拿一次,有些则可以拿多次。
比方人家邀你吃饭,你可以说“Thanks, but I would have to take a rain check”,表示你暂时不能应邀。
Take a pill for it!

Take A Pill For It
In a television commercial, a waitress sits at a counter looking distressed. She describes a fat-laden, spicy meal she has just eaten. "But that's okay," she concludes brightly, "I prepared for it!" Then she holds up a bottle of the antacid the ad is promoting.
Yeah, right. It really makes a lot of sense to eat what is bad for her, knowing it's going to make her stomach burn, but consume it anyway. After all, she's got her pills to take away the uncomfortable results of her poor choices.
What ever happened to common sense? What's wrong with mature self-control?
Ads like that promote irresponsible, self-destructive behavior. Our whole society is saying the same thing in lots of ways. "Go ahead and satisfy your desires. We'll sell you a product that will take away the consequences. That makes it okay."
Like aspirin to get rid of a hangover headache. Or gum to cover the smell of cigarettes. Or an abortion to get rid of an unwanted pregnancy.
As followers of Jesus, we are to be guided by His example of good judgment and self-control. We are not to indulge ourselves sinfully just because we know we can cover up the consequences with a pill or a little extra makeup.
Rather, we are to have a clear idea of the kind of person we want to be before the Lord. We are to say no to those who try to make us do something else--even if they promise to give us something that will make the adverse effects go away.
How much better to reject the world's call to self-indulgence. Don't try to cover up your sin. Don't try to think how you can get away with what you're doing. Begin today to do the things that you know are pleasing to God. --DE
