Hunanese, fear not-hot,
Guizhouese, hot fear not!
中文韵脚是“a”, 英文韵脚是“o”。意思也都对上了。

then you can see the analogical difference in English. So what's the difference? The whole ballad is intended to exalt people from the three areas who are fond of hot stuff. It's the difference without distinction. That's it!

不怕辣：还没吃呢，但自己不含糊，觉得再辣也不怕。
辣不怕：已经吃到极辣的了，但不怕。

'not fear hot' : before taking something hot, you know it's going to be hot but you don't fear.
'hot fear not': after taking something hot, "wow, it's hot! but I fear not!"
So what did I say? If you can interpret the difference in Chinese, you can certainly duplicate it in English.
