幸亏病大多是“吃”出来的,麻、辣、烫舒服过后 那种不对劲儿也往往始于tummy,所以说 feeling upset after eating all this numbingly hot and spicy stuff 应该还可以。
I was so UPSET at first last night when they didn't invite me to the Szechuan hot-pot. But then after eating all this burning hot stuff I feel really UPSET now and I need to go to the doctor.
Facilitator: n. AmE. a person who helps an activity to go forward but does not control it: Joe and Ed are the facilitators of a men's encounter group. (Longman Dictionary of English Language & Culture, 1992)
