Exhibition of Invaluable Gifts throughout the World
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, either the country leaders, or the governments of different periods, or mass organizations of different sorts have received, through frequent international contact, plenty of valuable gifts from state leaders, governmental or mass organisations, or renowned people. Presented here is a fine collection of gifts of memorable significance and artistic values.
They are an emblem of relationship between Chinese people and people throughout the world, reflecting characteristic nationalities, traditional culture, and individual styles of art, that are all so treasured by our Chinese people that we hope to gain something from them while broadening our vision of the world.

Your title is
"Exhibition of Invaluable Gifts throughout the World"
Are these priceless gifts going on a world tour or is this an exhibition
being hosted in a fix location somewhere in China ?
Your title seems to imply a tour.

I think the title should be made a bit less misleading.
It wasn't clear from the present title whether it
is an "Exhbition of gift that have been received from
all over the world" or " A (throughout the world=world tour of) Exhibition of a collection of gifts.
IMHO

根据我对原文的理解,应该是“an exhibition of gifts that have been received from all over the world”

After the founding of the PRC , our leaders, government officials, celebraties and various organizations have, during the course of international contacts, received large quantities of triple x gifts (ha, ha, just a joke, eXotic , eXquisite and eXpensive) from their counterparts in various countries. For this exhibition, we have selected pieces that carry special signficances as well as those that are of high artistic values.
( Comment about this line:
(IMHO this implies that there are some gifts that are of less significance and less artistic, I wonder if
some people may be too sensitive and get offended. )
These priceless treasures represent the token of appreciation ( or token of friendship) between our people and those
of the rest of the world. The form and style of each piece reflects the unique cultural,
nationalistic and artistic characters of its country of origin. etc..(I have no opinion on the rest of the text)

I think NGOs (non-governmental org.)is better than the word "mass organization"
used in your traslation. What do you think?
