Koalaty Kid is a system for continuous improvement in a
can-do atmosphere. This student-centered approach is
aimed at creating a school environment where all students
sustain enthusiasm for learning, behave responsible, feel
proud of themselves and their accomplishments, and strive

Quality - 质素、素质、高质量

缺明确的上下文，很难说您指的时什么，表面看来应是 quality eduation。 在此仅小议 quality 一词的译法差异。
Quality 国内一向译为“质量”，不论是物质产品还是精神产品都用它。quality education - 高质量的教育； the public concern about the quality of education - 群众对教育质量的关切； the poor/high quality of English language teaching - 英语教学的低/高水平(质量)； low-quality lipstick - 质量差劲的唇膏。
在香港，不讲“质量”，一般只用“质素”论精神产品， 如“提高教育质素”。用于物质产品，则用“质地”： “布料质地很差”。说学生“质素”差，大概相当于国语说“素质差”。
“Quality education”里，quality 是作形容词使，意义应为 of a high standard。 如果译为“素质教育”(或港译“质素教育”)，那和“高质量、高水准的教育”及“旨在提高学生素质的教育”又如何区别？有没有区别？
