成绩单：academic record
优：high distinction
良：distinction
中：credit
及格：pass
不及格：fail
免修：exemption

There can be other systems of rating as well:
(1) Excellent（优），Good（良），Satisfactory（中），Unsatifactory（下），Pass（及格），Fail（不及格）. Hence the rating of "E, G, S, U" and "P, F".
(2) "A, B, C, D" rating with specifications as footnotes such as "A=Excellent", "B=Very Good", etc.
“免修”："Dispensed," or "waived (waiver)"
