标志以“heart”的首字“H”变化而构成，表现公司同心同德为客户服务的宗旨，造型的线构成体现具有变化的网络结构感及科技产品的视觉感，蓝色突出了理性与诚实的象征。同时加强标志的现代科技与传统文化的溶合。
标志以“源”字之三点水为造型元素，中心部分三滴水珠分别代表“爱之源泉，生命之源泉，幸福之源泉”，暗示公司以此为源头不断向多方扩展、壮大，水之涟漪形态富于张力，向外扩展，体现公司如液状般的竞争韧性及水滴石穿之毅力，并体现公司“水漫金山”之魅力。

The mark of this company, transformed from H,which is the first letter of the word heart, indicates that the company's aim is to dedicate itself heart and soul to serve its clients.The form of the mark lines gives a strong feeling of changing web formations and of scientific & technical products. The themes of the mark, honesty and the rational, get highlighted with the help of the corlor of blue, while modern thchnology and traditional culture properly combined has been thus emphasized.
The three dots, the left part of a Chinese character meaning source of water, is used here as part of the mark and is left in the centre. The three dots which represent three drops of water stand for respectively source of fountain, source of life and source of hapiness. The three dots also suggest that the company will expand thereof continuously in every way.
The three dots made together with the shape of ripple, indicate that this company is full of the following capabilities: tenacity of meeting competitions, will of wearing away a stone by constant dripping and charms of water reaching the top of a golden mountain.

"dedicate itself heart and soul to serve its clients"
On "dedicating sth to sth else," the word "to" here is a preposition which usually takes a noun or a gerund. So we'd better say "dedecate itself heart and soul to serving its clients" or "...to the service of its clients."

这两个句子读起来头大，欠平稳。
头一个句子失衡。
第二个句子使用冒号“:”不太合适。一般性的商业文档不要轻易使用冒号。

头大的原因主要是句子各成分间的逻辑关系不明确。您还不如就按中文原来的次序来翻译，不必作过多调整，这样或许更清楚。
