3, a few sandwiches short of a picnic
凭直感似与
nineteen shillings in a pound,
ninety cents in a dollar,
a coupon short of a toaster
异曲同工:
十三点,半熟儿,缺心眼儿,欠把火儿(土豆专用语)

That's a play on words.

Here's the original meaning of the phrase given in THE DICTIONARY OF PHRASE AND FABLE BY E. COBHAM BREWER
"To Eat One's Heart Out: To fret or worry unreasonably; to allow one grief or one vexation to predominate over the mind, tincture all one's ideas, and absorb all other emotions."
Sister Lin in Hongloumeng is a case in point. 伤心欲绝?
There's an American movie entitled Eat Your Heart Out in which the phrase is used to the same effect.
As always the case, however, commercials tend to twist the meaning of any established sayings for their own purposes. I think that's the reason why it's also taken to mean what you guys have interpreted. It's a play of words anyway.
Let's eat to our hearts' content!

5 consonants in a row

5 consonants in a row: an odd man out; a pervert; a psycho 怪癖;变态?
There are a few oddies in English that are formed by several consonants in a row. For example, rhythm, nymth, sylph, at least 5 consonants in a row. If it's used to describe an individual, he or she must be as odd as 5 consonants in a row. Just FYI.
