In Monterey, CA, there is little rain in the summer and the grass on the hills are brown and dry. When winter
comes, there are many cloudy and rainy days, and it often rains non stop for days. The hills are turned green.

Shi1 feng1 run4 mian4 ye3cao3 zhuo2.
Wu1yun2 gun3gun3 zhe1 hong2ri4,

The plentiful rain of Monterey's winter
Nourishes my face with wet breeze
And makes the wild grass grow green when
Rolls of gray clouds hide the sun
And whitish fog puts the blue sea

In the weekends, there is no excuse to go out
I love to sit in leisure, watching distant hills
It is so much like the days when plums are ripe south of Yangtze River
And yet I have no mood to talk about my old country

喜欢此诗的意境。谢谢，并得寸进尺：中文部分能用汉语列出就好了。
我在武昌东湖边的梅园看过许多梅树。
细想一下武大的梅园此时应是清香四溢。有几年冬天我每天早晨从几棵梅树下走过，不知如今梅树还在不在。那一片香气真是提神。
您诗中的江南梅会“南”到哪里？请原谅我的无知。

知道您是新来的同志，您第一次露面时，就您的名字提了一点建议，
估计因黑客事件，您没有看到，是接着您对“他的脸沉了下来”的帖子的。
这第二点建议是，输入时，到一行末尾要主动回车，否则就会象您现在的

By "mei2" I refer to the "mei2yu3" season in the south, around Zhejiang. Wuhan may not have such a season. My
hometown is Wuhan. I was in Shanghai for almost two years and experience the mei2yu3 season there. I do not
remember such weather in Wuhan. My poems may be a little bit misleading, but ambiguity adds to the meaning,
doesn't it?
